Internship Description:

CMI is currently seeking a Translation Specialist Intern to help manage the work-flow between our Japanese and American project partners. The Internship will be based out of our Treasure Island, San Francisco office, and candidates will be expected to be on-site for a flexible number of hours each week.

Primary responsibilities will be handling the lead translation duties of various creative documents and translating materials both from Japanese to English, as well as from English to Japanese. The Translation Specialist will work with the Director of Operations as well as with other team members both domestically and abroad to on other project details as needed.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Japanese
- Creative background a plus

Skills:

- Excellent bi-lingual communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills: Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel
- Ability to perform under pressure, multi-task, and work with rapidly changing circumstances
