JTPA (Japanese Technology Professionals Association) is a Japanese-speaking community dedicated to supporting technology professionals working in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. JTPA is recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a nonprofit organization established and operated for scientific advancement and public benefit. It is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Mission 1: Promoting Career Opportunities in Silicon Valley
We introduce technology professionals in Japan to the opportunities, benefits, and experiences of working in Silicon Valley, encouraging them to explore careers in the region.
Mission 2: Supporting Professionals and Building Networks in Silicon Valley
We support professionals currently working in Silicon Valley, as well as those considering careers here, by sharing technical knowledge, providing local information, and fostering a strong professional community.
